This session presents a mixed-methods study exploring how Black social workers in reproductive health settings experience job satisfaction, retention, and joy. Rooted in reproductive justice and Black feminist frameworks, the project highlights how systemic inequities intersect with resilience and joy to shape the professional lives of Black practitioners. Participants will learn strategies to promote equity, belonging, and collective care in the maternal and child health workforce.
