(G-4) Development and Implementation of the BabySTEPs program: Digital Support Services for Pregnant and Postpartum Individuals Navigating Substance Use

Infants diagnosed with neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) are at risk of a developmental delay. It is important to understand if they are receiving needed services. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health assessed Early Intervention program utilization among infants with NAS, with dates of birth between April 2020 and December 2024, at all stages of the care cascade (i.e., referral, evaluation, enrollment), overall and by the birth person's self-identified race/ethnicity.
