Mirine Richey earned her Master in Public Health from Florida International University in Miami, and her Doctorate in Public Health from the University of South Florida, with research focused in lactation. As research faculty at Florida State University, she facilitates the training of Title V home visiting programs, including lactation courses for all 50 U.S. states. She has worked in public health and as an IBCLC in Florida since 2009 in hospitals, health department programs, community practice settings, and WIC.
