Mallory Jayroe has worked in maternal health for almost a decade and over the past 3 years her work has been focused on infectious diseases that affect pregnant women and their babies. Mallory is the infectious disease epidemiology section chief and SET-NET coordinator at the Arkansas Department of Health. She got her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Health Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas and will complete her Doctorate in Public Health at UAMS by Spring 2026.
