Morgan Brown is a Doctor of Public Health candidate with a concentration in Advanced Practice Leadership at The University of South Florida. Her dissertation research seeks to evaluate the changes in knowledge, attitudes, and behavioral intentions among justice-involved and marginalized youth enrolled in a teen pregnancy prevention program in Tampa, Florida and Savannah, Georgia. She holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Biology from The Ohio State University. She is a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA) and
holds a Certified in Public Health (CPH) credential.
Morgan’s decade-long career in international development has spanned the government, non-profit, and private sectors. Most recently, she oversaw the learning and adaptive management work of a $90 million federally-funded maternal and child health-focused global health project, using programmatic findings to inform research implementation, project adaptation, and communication dissemination. Morgan’s areas of expertise include survey design, program evaluation, and facilitation.
