The Hypertension Pathway for Prenatal Prevention and Screening (HyPPPS), is a co-developed initiative to improve screening, management, and postpartum follow-up for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Through EHR-based decision support, bilingual patient education, provider education, and patient-centered design, HyPPPS aims to address racial disparities and structural barriers to prenatal care for high-risk birthing people with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in North Carolina.
