The Community-Based Doula Coalition is a national initiative convened by HealthConnect One that unites twenty-two community-based organizations across the U.S. Through shared reflection, equity, and community leadership, the coalition co-developed the Community-Based Doula Core Competencies, establishing a collective framework that uplifts Black, Brown, and Indigenous doulas and strengthens a sustainable, justice-centered maternal health workforce.
