(C-6) MECSHing in Rural Communities

Residents in rural communities routinely rank lower on common health indicators and can face barriers to accessing child and family services. The MECSH program is serving families in the states of Arizona, Minnesota, Vermont and Wyoming. The MECSH model codesign approach strongly encourages service providers to consider the needs of the local population being served, health and community supports available and the ability to link family into services needed for a wraparound care team approach.
