Alizay Rizvi, MPH, is a dedicated public health leader with over 6 years of health care expereince and Sr. Program Manager in Implementation Science at the American Heart Association (AHA), where she advances national strategies to improve cardiovascular health and quality improvement at diverse healthcare organizations. In her role, she contributes to health initiatives by supporting program design, implementation, and cross-sector collaboration. Alizay holds a Master of Public Health in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, where she also earned a certificate in Health Policy and Practice. A mission-driven advocate for equitable health systems, Alizay continues to focus on empowering communities, improving chronic disease outcomes, and building healthier, more resilient populations nationwide.
