Research Associate I

Elora is a Research Associate I at the Catherine Cutler Institute within the University of Southern Maine. She currently supports the Maine Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program evaluation and the Data Innovation Project. She has over ten years of experience conducting evaluations and applied research, working with nonprofit organizations and their boards, and working in the public health field. Elora has supported a variety of evaluation and technical assistance contracts, including those focused on rural youth development, rural outdoor recreation access, maternal mental health, lung cancer screening programs, post-secondary education and career pathways for current and former foster youth, early childhood development, and health access safety net programs, among others. Outside of USM, Elora is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor-conditional, working in private practice.
