Crystal Trent Paultre, MSN, RN, CBS is a community health nurse who is passionate about perinatal health and addressing maternal health inequities. She has been a home-visiting nurse with the Montgomery County (Maryland) Babies Born Healthy Program since 2019. Crystal is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she is focusing her research on structural determinants of health and maternal health outcomes.
