Taylor Thames guides equitable program reach and impact as an Evaluation Manager at March of Dimes, where she leads evaluation strategy across multiple signature maternal and infant health programs. She recieved her Master of Public Health in Applied Epidemiology from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and is a NC Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities graduate, bringing expertise in data analysis, disability advocacy, and accessibility in maternal, adolescent, and infant health research. Whether exploring health disparities among autistic adolescents on the CDC Study to Explore Early Development or designing mixed-methods, adaptive approaches to national program evaluations, her passion for participatory and community-informed research shapes her work in every context. Taylor is also a strong advocate for neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ representation in professional spaces, believing universal design and workplace diversity foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
