This study analyzes social media discussions about doulas and midwives in the U.S. from 2023–2025. Using qualitative content analysis, it explores public perceptions, awareness, and advocacy around out-of-hospital care. Findings highlight how online discussions can inform future community engagement and strategies to promote equitable maternal health.
