This session will highlight technical assistance strategies from the National Center for Youth with Autism and/or Epilepsy (NCYAE) designed to meet the unique needs and learning styles of 11 distinct Transition for Youth with Autism and/or Epilepsy Demonstration Projects”. Presenters will share how these approaches have supported cross-system collaboration and the development of frameworks to improve transitions to adulthood for youth with higher support needs and their families.
