Sourav is a doctoral student in the Department of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention at Florida International University's Robert Stempel College of Public Health & Social Work, where he serves as a Graduate Research Assistant. A former military physician with the Bangladesh Army Medical Corps, he brings over a decade of clinical and public health experience, including service in UN peacekeeping missions in the Central African Republic and COVID-19 emergency management work in the Maldives. His current research focuses on developmental disabilities, caregiver health, and maternal and child health.
