Maternal and Child Health Epidemiologist / Research Associate

Fleur Hopper, MSW, MPH, is a Senior Research Associate with the Catherine Cutler Institute for Health and Social Policy at the University of Southern Maine. She currently serves as the Maternal and Child Health epidemiology team lead for the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention and as the lead evaluator for Maine’s Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) coordinated state evaluation. Prior to joining the Catherine Cutler Institute in 2015 and transitioning to a career in public health, Fleur worked for over a decade as a clinical social worker in variety of settings, including social service agencies, public schools, and higher education.
